By accessing and using the MedLii™ platform ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our pharmaceutical intelligence platform and all associated services. By signing in to your account, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
Medifirm Intelledge Global Private Limited provides the MedLii™ platform, an AI-powered pharmaceutical intelligence platform including but not limited to:
Pricing: INR 400,000 (Indian Rupees Four Lakh) as payment for terminal valid for 1 month when paid in advance to access the terminal online. All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes.
Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on MedLii™ for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
4.1 Pricing & Currency: All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR). The terminal access fee is INR 400,000 for 1 month, paid in advance to access the terminal online. USD pricing is available for international clients at US$5,000/month, subject to prevailing exchange rates. Custom consulting services are priced in USD starting from $5,000 per project, based on scope as defined in the SLA.
4.2 Payment Methods: We accept payments via Razorpay secure payment gateway which supports:
4.3 Billing Cycle: Monthly billing in advance. Annual engagement options available with upfront or quarterly installment plans. Subscriptions are automatically renewed unless cancelled with 30 days notice prior to the renewal date.
4.4 Taxes: All prices are inclusive of applicable GST (Goods and Services Tax) as per Indian tax laws. International clients may be subject to additional taxes or duties as per their local regulations.
4.5 Invoice: A GST-compliant invoice will be issued for every payment received. International clients will receive a commercial invoice in USD where applicable.
5.1 Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time by providing 30 days written notice to support.medlii@medifirmintelledgeglobal.com. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
5.2 Monthly Subscriptions: Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing cycle has commenced. If you cancel mid-cycle, you will continue to have access to the platform until the end of the current billing period. No prorated refund will be issued for the remaining days in the current billing cycle.
5.3 Annual Subscriptions: For annual engagements paid upfront, refunds will be issued on a prorated basis for the unused full months remaining in the subscription period, less a 10% administrative fee. The refund will be calculated from the date of cancellation notice received.
5.4 Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method. Refunds for international payments may take up to 15 business days depending on the payment processor and bank.
5.5 No Refund Scenarios: Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
5.6 Service-Level Disputes: If you are dissatisfied with the service quality, please contact our support team. We will make reasonable efforts to address your concerns. If the issue remains unresolved, you may escalate to management for review and potential remediation.
5.7 Chargebacks: We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension and collection proceedings.
The materials on MedLii™ are provided on an 'as is' basis. Medifirm Intelledge Global Private Limited makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
Further, Medifirm Intelledge Global Private Limited does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its website or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.
In no event shall Medifirm Intelledge Global Private Limited or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on MedLii™, even if Medifirm Intelledge Global Private Limited or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
The materials appearing on MedLii™ could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Medifirm Intelledge Global Private Limited does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete or current. Medifirm Intelledge Global Private Limited may make changes to the materials contained on its website at any time without notice.
Medifirm Intelledge Global Private Limited has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its website and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site.
